Banana Bread... but make it Quarantined!

Coronavirus is no joke and neither is this Banana Bread! The best part is that you probably have all the ingredients right in your cabinet.


Fun fact! I'm allergic to bananas but can eat them when they're cooked (thank God) so obviously Banana Bread is one of my favorites. I eat this recipe for breakfast and dessert and sometimes in between!


WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  1. 4 Bananas

  2. 2 Eggs

  3. 1 tsp Baking Powder

  4. 1 1/2 cups Plain Flour

  5. 1 cup Sugar

  6. 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence

  7. 1/2 cup Butter

  8. 3/4 cup Mini Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cream together the butter and sugar.

  2. Crush the bananas then add the eggs and vanilla essence. Mix together.

  3. Sift together the flour and baking powder.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix well.

  5. Pour into a greased loaf pan.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. (Test with knife or toothpick, if clean when pulled out it is good.)

  7. Enjoy!
