Meet Courtney Downey, the owner of Made In Metro. She is a Professional in Photography and Digital Marketing. Courtney graduated from Michigan State University in 2018 with a degree in Journalism and concentration in Media Marketing and has worked in the field for over 8 years. She has led hundreds of successful digital marketing campaigns for a variety of businesses. Made In Metro (the blog) was born in 2018 to explore the tastes of Metro Detroit and surrounding areas (and share her favorite recipes). Made In Metro (the business) was founded in February 2020.
When Courtney is not online working, she is exploring new restaurants and places around Metro Detroit, traveling and enjoying time with family and friends..

Account Manager & Senior Graphic Designer
Carly is a multi-disciplined digital marketer that executes a modern approach for a brand.
She has been in the Digital Marketing field for over 6 years and has worked in the architectural, engineering, automotive, environmental, software technology, food and beverage, and hospitality industries. She has led the design-to-launch of several websites and is most passionate about designing websites that elevate a company's brand.
When Carly is not online working, she is spending time with family and friends, getting outside, and painting new pieces of art.
Carly is graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A. in Arts & Humanities and a Minor in Graphic Design.
Digital Account Manager & Photographer
McKenna is experienced in photography and social media management. She is passionate about visual storytelling after years of being in the art world. Specializing in portrait, product, and jewelry photography, she works to bring your artistic visions to life.
When not at work, her free time consists of spending time with her husband and cat, traveling, and hanging out with friends.
McKenna has received a certificate from Michigan State University for Digital Marketing as well as a certificate from Facebook.
